ARRIVAL OF TRAVELERS

The entrance to the Residence is located at 21 Ter Avenue Edouard VII, city side, under the porch bearing the inscription " Résidence Victoria Surf ". Access from the street is level to the residence's 4 spacious elevators. The apartment is located on the 7th floor. The residence is secure. From 7 p.m. to 8 a.m., on Sundays and public holidays, the glass doors of the main entrance open with a code that will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival. This code is also used to enter the Residence on the beach side, to access the swimming pool, as well as the elevators on level -1/pool/beach.

Access to the apartment is also via a code to be entered on the keypad of the digital lock, which allows you to arrive completely independently from 3 p.m. at the start of your stay.

The apartment number and access codes are sent by SMS and/or WhatsApp within 24 hours of arrival. A multilingual Welcome Booklet is located inside the apartment, providing further information (WiFi code, equipment operation, etc.).

Where to get supplies nearby?

100m away, at 3 avenue de la Marne, a small SPAR supermarket is open 7 days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sundays. Exit the building on the right, then at the traffic lights on the left; the sign is visible 50m away.

2 Carrefour Express supermarkets and 1 Carrefour City supermarket are located less than 600m from Victoria Surf.

The Biarritz Municipal Market is 700m away.

Many specialist food shops are located in this city centre district.

Where to eat within 200m?

JACK THE COCKEREL (jackthecockerel.com) brasserie open until 2:00 a.m., 50m from the Victoria Surf Residence, just after Hermès.

The Jade Palace: Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, at the beginning of Queen Victoria Avenue. Excellent food and good value (closed on Wednesdays).

LE BLEU CAFÉ: on the beach, snacks and small dishes, large terrace and reasonable prices.

La TRATTORIA – Pizzeria, 20 Av. Edouard VII, under the arcades on the right as you leave the residence: good pizzas, but especially excellent prawns served with saffron tagliatelle! (takeaway)

Chez EUGENIE: gourmet, seafood specialty, on the right after the Hermès store. Terrace

L'ATELIER, Pizzas and Burgers on the terrace or to take away, Avenue de la Marne after the SPAR supermarket.

At COCO: good food, local or international dishes, opposite the Casino.

HEALTH

• Pharmacie des Arceaux 100m away at the start of Arcades on Avenue Edouard VII on the right when leaving the Residence.

• COVID 19 Health Protocol: We apply the 5-point enhanced cleaning processes: 1. Sanitation of all surfaces and handles with disinfectant wipes and a steam cleaner where possible; 2. Bedding, lingerie, towels are cleaned and sanitized at high temperature by a professional dry cleaner; 3. Our cleaning and disinfectant products are approved by international health organizations and we wear protective equipment to avoid cross-contamination; 4. Hydroalcoholic gel, wipes and professional disinfectant spray are left at the disposal of travelers; 5. We respect and encourage compliance with health rules and local legislation.

We had a wonderful stay at Luda & Christian's studio. The studio is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and conveniently located right in the center of Biarritz. Everything is within walking distance, and there are several bus stops nearby for exploring the surrounding area.

Helpful, friendly hosts. Lovely apartment, well kept and clean with very good facilities. Great location - right by the beach and sea and near to the shops and restaurants, but should note there is no ocean view if thats important to you.

Beste Lage, top sauber, überaus freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber Christian und Luda, die auch Zusatzwünsche erfüllen. Please note that there are additional information on Getränke and Kaffeepads, Spültabs etc. vorhanden. All super organized and easy to use.

Wir hätten gerne Meerblick gehabt und eine Klimatisierung an den super heißen Tagen. Parkplatz is right on the right-hand side of the reservation, but it is the right place (wir hatten Glück) Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Schwimmbad dringend sanierungsbedürftig.

The +: The location, which is close to the sea, the city center, and public transport. The staff is attentive and thoughtful. Very well equipped for a 7-month-old baby.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and town center.
The check-in process was very simple with a code to use for access for the duration of our stay. We found the hosts very friendly and always available if we needed them. A beautiful, clean apartment that we would definitely recommend to others visiting Biarritz!

Exceptional!

Everything was wonderful. Upon arrival, Christian and his wife, Luda, were waiting for us and helped us park, which is very fortunate for the center of Biarritz. The apartment is clean, furnished, and equipped with everything you need. The supermarket is right next door, and the beach is on the ground floor—you're practically in the center of the resort. A nice surprise in the fridge: beer and water. We were very impressed.
